Our Return Policy
Defective/Damaged Product:
Request for defective or damaged product should be emailed
to
customerservice@allwoodfast.com
(Toll Free
1-866-763-9455) within 72 hours of receipt of order.
The email should include the following:
- A detailed item list of all items with defects
- Detail description of the defect for each product
- Photographs of the defects in the product
A Return Good Authorization (RGA) will be issued. Returns will not be accepted without an
RGA. Customer must hold items until AWF has arranged for return or authorize
disposal of the pieces. Replacement pieces will be shipped to the customer as soon as they
become available.
Returns and Cancellation:
Returns within 30 days – You may return an item, or your entire order, within 30 days
of receiving if you pay for the return freight plus 10% processing fee. To request a return, you
must contact Customer Service within 30 days for approval: Call toll-free

email your return request to

returned items must be packaged as they were received. Upon receipt of the products at our facility, we will promptly
inspect the items and arrange for a refund of the cost of the items returned in saleable
condition, less a processing fee of 10%, less the cost of return freight.
Due to the custom production of this order there is NO RETURN POLICY. We stand behind
the quality of our product, and in the event of damage or defect upon delivery, we will quickly
process replacement orders.
Returns after 30 days but prior to 90 days – You may return an item, or your entire order, within
90 days of receiving if you pay for the return freight plus 35% processing fee. To request a return, you

items must be packaged as they were received. Upon receipt of the products at our facility, we will promptly
inspect the items and arrange for a refund of the cost of the items returned in saleable condition, less a
processing fee of 35%, less the cost of return freight.
Cancellations – You may cancel or change an order within 24 hours of order placement. Any orders
cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 10% processing fee. To cancel an order, contact Customer Service toll-free

customerservice@allwoodfast.com. Orders cancelled
after 24 hours that are in production but prior to shipping are subject to a 15% processing fee.
Order Changes – Items on an order may be changed if the order is not scheduled for
production. Order changes will incur a $110 processing charge plus any charges for product. If there is a refund
due, the $110 will be deducted from the refund. Any order changes may delay shipment.
